How long does delivery take?
UK orders arrive in 7–14 working days, tracked, with free standard shipping. Express (£6.99) is available at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet — we currently deliver to UK addresses only, so we can keep delivery free and reliable. International is on the roadmap.
Is the Smart Feeder suitable for large dogs?
Yes — the 6L hopper holds 2–3 weeks of kibble for most large breeds, and portion sizes are fully adjustable in the app.
What food works in the Smart Feeder?
Any dry kibble up to roughly 12mm. Not suitable for wet food.
Do I need WiFi for the Smart Feeder?
The app versions use 2.4GHz home WiFi for scheduling from anywhere. The Button Control version works without any WiFi at all.
How do I choose the right harness or collar size?
Measure the widest part of your dog's chest (for harnesses) or the middle of the neck with two fingers under the tape (for collars), then check the size chart in each product's photos. Between sizes? Go up — especially for deep-chested breeds like German Shepherds. Our harness guide covers fitting in detail.
What if my gear doesn't fit my dog?
Check the size chart on each product page — and if it still doesn't fit, our 30-day returns have you covered.
