WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Shipping options and exact costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

DISPATCH

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days of dispatch, depending on the item and your location. Some products ship from our overseas fulfilment partners, which is how we keep prices low - your estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout.

 

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.

 

DELAYS

Occasionally carriers or customs cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
