We want you and your dog to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

 

30-DAY RETURNS

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, message us via the contact page or email cryptoinsightsltd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send simple return instructions.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item unless we ask.

 

YOUR 14-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHT (UK & EU)

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us within that window and return the unused item for a full refund including standard delivery.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and check your return, we'll confirm by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Free for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer.
