30-Day Returns
If you or your dog aren't happy, you're covered. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to post anything back in most cases.
